Huawei SuperFans

Huawei has a perception issue. With a lot of negative commentary around 5G on social we needed to find a way to cut through the noise and showcase its genuinely innovative products. 

So we looked at starting a new conversation. One where Huawei's fans are the heroes, not the products. We turned the tables and made Huawei themselves champion everything their SuperFans do. Enabling their fans to take their passions further, giving back to them a unique opportunity fuelled by Huawei. 

Across Huawei social channels we setup a competition mechanic to find their top SuperFans. The winners were chosen and we setup two unique experiences for their SuperFans. The two winners had no idea what their experiences would be, a surprise which was captured on the day. All of this was filmed on the latest Huawei P40 phone and shared across Huawei's social channels. There were genuine tears - of the good kind!
